Warwick Doctor Loses License

The state of Rhode Island has revoked the license of a Warwick ophthalmologist, Dr. Steve Tu, who also has a practice in CT. Tu abruptly closed his practice without making arrangements for his patients’ care and did not respond to inquiries by the state Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline or show up at the hearing on his case.
