Troopers Couldn't Get There Fast Enough To Prevent Tragedy

I hope someone will explain why it takes three state troopers to investigate a stolen car at Foxwoods.

In one of the more heart-wrenching tragedies in a while, a local Navy sailor, who was reportedly drinking at Mohegan Sun, drove his car the wrong way onto the highway Saturday morning and hit a van filled with Connecticut College students, killing one. A state police spokesman said the barracks "received three emergency calls about Musser's travels but that the troopers on duty were 10 miles away at the Foxwoods Resort Casino investigating a stolen vehicle found to be associated with a burglary in Philadelphia."
