Conn. Legislature Creates New Infraction re: Customer Access to Restrooms
The legislature has passed a law requiring customer access to restrooms in retail establishments when the customer has documentation of certain specified medical conditions (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease or a medical condition that requires use of an ostomy device).
